I'm Airlie, a qualified kindergarten and primary teacher with 20 years of experience specialising in early childhood education. I've had the privilege of working at leading kindergarten and primary schools across Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and Regional Victoria.

As both a teacher and a mum, I've seen firsthand how important a positive, empowering start to primary education is for young children. After years of developing school transition programs, I noticed a gap – children needed a stepping stone between kinder and school to build the confidence, independence, and skills essential for thriving in a classroom environment. That's exactly why I created Step into Prep!
